Who We Are

Our website address is: https://www.agsivo.fi.

Comments

When users leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the user’s IP address and browser version information to help identify spam.

When visitors leave a comment on this site, we collect the information visible in the comment fields, the IP address, and browser version details. An anonymized hash created from the email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if the commenter is a user of that service. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service can be found at https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Media

If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and view location data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on the site, you may choose to have your name, email address, and URL stored in a cookie. This feature enhances usability, as you won’t need to fill in the form again each time you want to leave a comment. The cookie data is deleted from the browser after one year.

If you have an account and log in to the site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser supports cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is discarded when you close the browser window.

When you log in, we will set several cookies to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies are removed after two days, while display preference cookies are removed after one year. If you select “Remember Me” when logging in, your login information will be retained for two weeks. If you log out, the login cookies will be deleted at that time.

If you publish an article or edit an existing one, we will store a cookie in your browser that contains the ID of the article being edited. This cookie expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Opening embedded content from other sites is equivalent to having the visitor visit the third-party site directly.

These sites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking cookies, and monitor your interactions with the embedded content, including tracking interactions if and when you are logged in as a user on the site.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is done so we can recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.

We retain the information of registered users’ profiles (if any). All users have the ability to view, edit, and delete their personal information at any time. Only the username cannot be changed. Site administrators can see and edit user profile information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request a compiled file of your personal data, including any personal information you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. The right to delete your data does not apply to personal data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Where Your Data is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
